EuropeGAS
Strategic digital & Brand transformation
A full-scale restructuring of digital architecture, brand representation, and performance alignment.
Context
EuropeGAS operates across international markets, manufacturing and distributing LPG/CNG systems and running a dedicated automotive service centre.
Despite its scale, the digital presence lacked structural clarity. Key product pages were not indexed. Service pages were dense and difficult to navigate. Brand presentation varied across platforms. Visibility did not reflect the company’s position in the industry.
This was not a redesign project.
It was a structural correction.
The Challenge
- No structured SEO foundation
- Critical product pages set to “no index”
- Outdated and duplicated content
- Service pages presented as unstructured text blocks
- Weak internal linking architecture
- Limited conversion pathways
- Inconsistent visual language
- Underperforming paid traffic alignment
The business was strong.
The digital ecosystem was not.
The Approach
The transformation focused on three interconnected layers.
Digital Architecture & SEO
The first priority was visibility.
- Corrected indexing errors and restored search accessibility
- Rebuilt website hierarchy and internal linking
- Implemented structured on-page SEO
- Refined metadata and content alignment
- Developed search-intent-driven landing pages
- Improved technical crawlability
The goal: build a foundation designed for growth.

Website Restructuring
Website pages, including the services and products content, were redesigned from static information and minimal visual representation into guided experience.
Each page was rebuilt to include:
- Clear positioning within the hero section
- Structured benefit hierarchy
- Transparent pricing presentation
- Scannable content architecture
- Supporting visuals and video
- Compatibility database integration
- Defined conversion touchpoints
Clarity replaced clutter.
Structure replaced volume.

Brand & Performance Alignment
Beyond website architecture, the brand system was refined and expanded.
- Unified visual direction
- Product catalogue redesign
- Campaign and promotional materials
- Cross-platform consistency
- Google Ads restructuring aligned with landing pages
Digital presence, performance marketing and brand presentation were brought into one cohesive system.

Catalogue Launch & Market Response
As part of the ongoing brand and marketing development for EuropeGAS, a new international product catalogue was designed and launched, supported by a dedicated email marketing campaign distributed to global distributors and partners.
The response from the market was immediate. Within the first morning of the launch:
- over 600 catalogue downloads were recorded
- international distributors began contacting the sales team requesting catalogue translations into their local languages
- several partners offered to cover translation costs in order to distribute the catalogue within their markets
The catalogue quickly became a key communication and sales tool used by the company’s international distribution network.
Internal feedback was also highly positive.
“In my opinion this is the best catalogue we’ve had in the past two decades.”
— Head of Technical Department
The project demonstrated how clear visual communication and structured product presentation can directly support international sales and distributor engagement.
Product Design & Packaging Contributions
During the collaboration, the scope of work extended beyond marketing materials into product presentation and industrial design concepts.
Several visual and structural design proposals were developed in collaboration with the technical team, including:
- a new LPG controller housing design concept
- design concepts for a liquid LPG bottle
- Packaging design
- Car LPG switch re-design
- refinements to the controller label system and visual hierarchy
These concepts focused on improving both the visual identity and practical usability of the product line, while helping differentiate the brand from competitors within the LPG components market.
The concepts were positively received by internal teams and are currently being evaluated for technical feasibility.
RESULT
From outdated layouts and fragmented messaging, to a cohesive, structured, and performance-driven digital ecosystem.
The transformation extended beyond aesthetics – it created a scalable brand digital infrastructure designed for international growth.
